Earlier this week, I watched Alex Hormozi’s YouTube video “Watch this to get your first 5 customers,” and I was intrigued.
I bought the book with one of my Audible credits and linked it to Whispersync on Kindle yesterday.
I learned a lot, and in the 6+ hours it took me to listen, make notes, and reflect. I can say I have a new perspective on business building.
$100M Leads, by Alex Hormozi
Some of my biggest takeaways:
Takeaway #1: Value First, Sell Later. Provide value to potential clients before trying to sell them anything. They will be more receptive to your offers later.
Takeaway #2: Leverage Social Proof: Share testimonials, case studies, and success stories from satisfied clients to provide tangible evidence of the effectiveness of your offer.
Takeaway #3: Identify and Solve Specific Problems for your well-defined target audience and position your solution as a must-have.
Takeaway #4: Building a business is hard work. Finding what audience, lead magnets, methods, and platforms work best for your product or service takes a lot.
Takeaway #5: You cannot lose if you do not quit. Most people give up just before they achieve success.
Of course, the book goes into detail on the different methods of getting leads for your business. But these are my takeaways.)
If you haven’t read this book, I suggest you get a copy of $100M Leads, by Alex Hormozi. It’s worth the read.
