Concious eating

3y ago

Life lessons and insights of my journey to heal the past, and live a courageous authentic life through connection with natures resources and body wisdom.

This one action you can take today, has the power to change your life and transform how you feel each day.

And this is a kitchen detox.

Clear out all processed, refined and man-made food from your kitchen.

Then stock your larder with all the foods you will be eating for a healthy diet.

Here are the foods to stock up:

✓ Sweet and succulent fruits from a tree or a bush,

âœ“ Enlivening and vitalising vegetables from the ground (Vegetable is the edible root, tuber, leaf, stem, seed or flower of a plant), so you can eat the whole plant.

âœ“ Nuts from the tree, such as brazil, butternuts, chestnuts, walnuts, hazelnut, Kola Nut, Pecan, Pine Nuts, Pistachio, and my favourite and most nutritious nut, Macadamia.  There are plenty more different types around the world.  Best eaten freshly cracked from their shells.

âœ“ Seeds from plants, such as almonds, cashew, sunflower, pumpkins, chia seed, sesame, safflower, poppy, flaxseed and probably the most nutritious one, hemp seed.

âœ“ Sea vegetables (edible seaweed such as nori, wakame, arame, kombu, hijiki, agar, sea lettuce, Bladder wack and the amazing luminaria japonica, the miracle body cleanser of heavy metals.

âœ“ Herbs and Wild Edible Plants with special powerful healing nutrients, like Dandelion, Burdock, Chicory, Chickweed, Plantain, Coriander, Basil, Thyme and Rosemary,

âœ“ Special roots of certain plants have powerful healing properties, like the maca root, dandelion root, turmeric root, ginger root and ginseng root.

Do a kitchen detox today and discover superior health.
