This week I've been 100% successful again at writing and posting daily. Some things I've noticed:

1. I'm definitely getting faster at going from idea to writing.

2. I am surprised by some of the posts that get the most engagement. Last week I wasn't sure if the data we are collecting would be useful. Well I've already found one useful insight from it.

3. I am still "finding my voice". I have noticed two styles that work quite well and I am going to try and combine them next week.

Biggest Struggle:

Writing when I don't feel I have the energy or feel compelled to.

Solution: having a backlog of written work to draw upon and post.

Biggest Takeaway this week:

Bringing more of my own personality into my writing and being authentic.
