The company creates a win for all stakeholders. They look out for employees, suppliers, customers, shareholders, the community, the environment, etc.

The men and women running our companies need to embody the business's values. They must communicate the purpose through words and actions from the top-down.

The culture is fed from the bottom up by employees who feel energized by their work. Instead of feeling separate from their lives, they embrace their job as one of the most important aspects of their lives.
