I love it when I find flow. Don't you?

And since I love getting into a flow state at work, I have a handful of tools I turn to over and over again. They have become part of my daily habit, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Here are my favorite tools to help me find flow:

1/ Analog by Ugmonk: A physical to-do list system. There's something wonderful about having a simple, physical to-do list on my desk.

2/ Brain.fm: Functional music to improve focus. I can't put my finger on it, but it works for me.

3/ Time blocking: Defining a specific time frame for a task, event, or activity and reserve that time slot in your calendar. If I don't make the time to do something, it just won't get done.

If you end up using these tools, let me know what you think!
