Most successful people share the same handful of things in common:
They are disciplined with their time
They know how to stay focused on one goal at a time
They have mentors and other influential people they can turn to for advice
They have mastered one (or multiple) valuable skills
Etc.
But in Real Estate in particular, I have noticed that the most successful people have this 1 habit in common:
Executing on the "Non-Negotiable Task of Daily Prospecting"
And here's why:
Prospecting is not about selling; no, it is about being committed to finding people who need your service.
Overcoming objections and being high-pressure are things of the past. In today's world of professional services, your job is to be consistently engaged with potential clients by being laser-focused on making them feel that you are being of service before they need you as a real estate agent. They want to think that you show up when they need you.
And the only way to do that is by having a consistent, non-negotiable prospecting habit.
