There are a lot of books about Habits.
And I've read most of them.
But the best book on Habits I've found is Streaking by Jeffery & Jami Downs.
For a few reasons:
Reason #1: They give you permission to make transforming your life laughably simple.
Reason #2: You will have a much better understanding of the difference between a habit and intention.
Reason #3: The book has really simple yet powerful exercises to get you started “Streaking” right away.
Reason #4: Every idea in this book is easily understood and applicable.
Reason #5: My favorite, you learn that streaking is about keeping your promises to yourself.
