For over two years, ColorNote (A free journalling software) was the tool I used to document all my scribblings as I tried to cultivate a sustainable writing habit (which was quite efficient).
Until the fateful day in February 2022 that I got on Google Play Store scouring for a better alternative and I discovered Google Keep.
Google Keep has since become my go-to note taking app (most probably because its interface is translucent in a way I can't explain).
I write down fleeting ideas, sketch weird $$ and share noteworthy quotes to it (thanks to it's 15GB volume of free cloud storage space).
I used to be skeptical about storing digital media files (like pictures of effective writing advice I've screenshotted from Twitter) on cloud-based storage. But with Google Keep, I grew more proficient with uploading images and web links till it became second nature.
As a writer, It helps me a lot as I seem to collect and skim through tremendous amounts of information & insights that I need to file for idea-building and eventual referencing.
