The Second Punishment
Your child screams when it’s time to leave the park.
Ten minutes later, they’re laughing. You’re still angry.
At home, they spill water. You snap.
Now they’re paying for the park tantrum twice.
Before reacting, ask: “Am I upset about this spill, or still upset about the park?”
