1. Embrace vulnerability

In order to conquer our fears we must first recognise and accept them.
Only then can we grow as individuals.

An exercise I like to use:
Set a 5-minute timer and write down answers to the following:
• What scares you?
• What about these things scares you?
• What could you achieve if you overcame those fears?
• What small step could you take to begin conquering them?

2. Overcome shame:
Shame undermines our authenticity and ability to connect with others.
Instead of being open, we hide the parts of ourselves we fear others seeing.
Only once we overcome this can we form meaningful relationships.

We have to feel we deserve to overcome our fears.
Only once we feel self worth can we accept our imperfections and let go of our fears.
