Your body is one of the most important things that you have. Without it, you're dead. When you create a habit of taking care of your body, it gets easier to do. If you take care of your body, your energy levels, mental attitude, and many other areas of life will improve.

Unfortunately, people create excuses.

Common excuses:

I am going to explain how to overcome these problems.

Step 1: Start now.

Get started now, before your excuses can kick in.

Park further away from your destination, so you have to walk more. Take the stairs when it's only a couple of floors away. Walk around the block before going into your home.

Step 2: Overcome the excuses.

Figure out why your physical health is important to you?: Do you want more energy? Do you want to live longer so you can spend more time with the ones you love? Or do you want to set an for your kids? Use these to overcome your excuses.

Once you understand why you should do exercise, you can overcome your excuses.

Step 3: Level up.
