I used to be sure I needed to build an IT service company
(+ 100 ppl after view years) at some point. Here is why ...

1. Being the face of a company with good results while being an average person would be a tremendous success, evidence of capability & inspiration for others!

2. Man's decisions, mistakes, failures, and learnings will build man-baby.

3. Building a culture & shaping the way of working sounds interesting.

4. Financially independency would be reachable.

5. It is easier to scale a product than the number of delivered projects, especially as a freelancer, so more hands are welcome.
