Dr. Steven Stanhope and his work had a formative impact on my own R&D career, especially related to the analysis and understanding of ankle-foot dynamics.

Feeling grateful for the time and conversations I had with him over the years, and for all he did for the biomechanics, prosthetics, assistive tech, and related fields.

Steven will be missed, but his impact and influence live on in so many ways. It was heartwarming to see him honored at #ASB2024 this week.
