If you run in thirty minutes per day your body start feeling healthy and a strong for the rest of the day, you can run once, or twice daily routine once will be better you start running in the mornings before breakfast just you need to start with stretching your body and then continue with a warmup for the first three or five minutes before running.
If you are just starting, I recommend you, do it progressively, never try to run a lot. If you are a beginner to avoid injuries let's start little by little.
The first three days start your warm-up for five minutes then run one minute and walk two minutes so you will do it for thirty minutes so you will do it for three days, the fourth day you are increasing your minutes of running to three minutes running and three walking.
