The long-term vision for Sunchase Companies is to be a full-service Real Estate company that offers construction, sales, development, investment and management services across the Southeast.

In 2023, our construction team built and closed on 13 spec homes and currently have 9 spec homes under construction.

We built a custom home and 3 ‘semi-custom’ homes.

The 1st quarter of 2024 we will have completed building our 100th home since our company's inception in 2017!

This year was also the year for a few firsts for our construction company as we were the GC for a gut remodel for a restaurant located in Downtown Pensacola.

We also started a major addition / full remodel of a historic home in North Hill, Pensacola that we will complete in 2024

Our sales team continues to grow and excel

Closing 45 transactions totaling over $17 million of Real Estate transactions and are poised to set a company record for closed volume in 2024 with a goal of $30 million in sales.

From a development perspective, we had many exciting projects come to fruition and others making meaningful progress.

In 2022 we purchased a 17 acre parcel in Milton, FL that will be the future home of ‘The Grove at Berryhill’ - a 54-lot single family subdivision in Milton, FL.

We are under contract on this property to sell to a major home builder in Q1 2024.

We’ve also been making serious progress on ‘Tiger Point Villas’ - a 68 unit luxury townhome project that will be built next to Tiger Point Country Club in Gulf Breeze.

In addition to these larger residential developments, we closed our first commercial land deal - assembling 3.2 acres along highway 98 in Tiger Point area of Gulf Breeze and sold to developers that will be building an upscale $4million+ Goodwill retail center.

2023 also makes a major milestone for Sunchase Companies as we officially launched our investment platform, Sunchase Property Group.

We closed on a 90 unit apartment portfolio, marking the 1st time in our company’s history of bringing in outside investor capital into our deals.

We plan on continuing to seek investment opportunities that we will give our investors access to. We are currently in due diligence on a 98 unit apartment complex in Daphne, AL that is expected to close Q1 2024.

The vision for Sunchase Companies in 2024 is to build out our existing infill lot inventory and expand our apartment holdings into markets along the Gulf Coast.
