Have you ever felt that you've subscribed to way too many newsletters? And deferred from unsubscribing as you might someday magically have time to read them?
I have.
How many of the newsletters do you send straight to the archive without opening them?
I archive around 80%.
There are only two newsletters that I find reading every week. The other one is Mindset Mondays by Peter Diamandis.
I'm subscribed to some of his other newsletters as well but this is the only one that I open every time it hits my inbox.
And why is that?
#1 Topics
Topics that interest me are of course the most important reason. Every email focuses on one of the aspects of an overarching growth mindset:
Longevity mindset
Exponential mindset
Curiosity mindset
Gratitude mindset
Abundance mindset
Moonshot mindset
#2 Brevity
These emails are short. It takes 2-5 minutes to read, digest, and absorb. I know beforehand that opening a Mindset Mondays email is not going to be a time sink.
#3 Mindset alignment
Positivity, optimism, and inspiration. That's what each of these emails brings me.
There are always 1-2 things that have an impact on me. Some things start an immediate thought process and some linger in the background.
In these strange times when the news is full of all the horrible things happening in the world, it's refreshing to get exposed to another point of view. Even if only once a week.
If you can handle yet another newsletter, I recommend subscribing to Mindset Mondays. It's a good one, I promise 🙃
If you don't want to buy a pig in a poke, check out the previous newsletters here.
