Just after the release of ChatGPT on Nov 30, 2022, I faced a huge challenge when a new client had 500+ online reviews for which they wanted replies written.
I wanted to write unique and interesting replies for each review, not just saying the typical "Thanks <name> for being a customer. We enjoyed serving you," as many businesses do.
After contacting some associates, I was inspired to use OpenAI connected to Zapier to automate the review replies.
After a few days of testing different prompts, I was blown away by how well the replies were written by AI.
This saved the day for me and my company; all the replies were done in less than 2 days.
Now we are obsessed with AI & I want to share all our ideas & results on this journey.
