If you want to start writing content online, there’s really one primary tool you should use to write and publish your content.

Despite all my research online, I never could find a definitive answer on what writing tool I should use if I want to write content online. However, after digging a bit deeper into my hero for Digital Writing, Nicolas Cole, I found the platform called Typeshare.co. It’s a fantastic tool if you want to write content for Twitter and Medium, which you should.

Ever since I’ve started using the tool, I’ve excelled in my quality and quantity of online writing content, posting 3 pieces of high quality content a day. I’m going to share with you three reasons you should start using Typeshare.

Reason 1: Ease of Publishing

The biggest draw for Typeshare is that all content you’d publish on Medium and Twitter can be published write from this website.

This can be especially useful if you’re somebody who doesn’t particularly enjoy visiting those sites because you always have the urge to start scrolling. While it can be useful to scroll Twitter to have engagement with other users, it’s easy to get lost in the doom scrolling. With Medium, at least in my experience, the UI and writing on the platform can be a bit buggy.

Staying on a consistent schedule with your writing can feel like a daunting task in itself.

When it comes to scheduling, you have to remember what content is being scheduled and when. Typeshare shows you what content is being published and when. You can even simply choose the “Next Available Free Slot” for publishing your content.

Typeshare’s scheduling feature will ensure that none of your content overlaps, which will build up your consistency and give your readers times to expect certain content.

Reason 3: Analytics (Paid)

If you’re really trying to grow your presence online, it’s important to know what content works and what doesn’t.

Writing online is cool and all, but if it’s not getting eyes on it, then you can’t expect yourself to grow. If you start paying attention to the statistics Typeshare provides, you’ll start to learn what topics and content types are working or not working. Some of this does come down to luck, but stats typically don’t lie.

If you notice that your writing on a topic is getting views, then elaborate on that topic by writing further into the topic or even writing a book on it.
