By now our new year enthusiasm to put new habits into place...
has probably waned.
That's why I'm so excited that James Clear - who wrote the amazing book Atomic Habits - has launched an app to help us all start and maintain new habits!
It's called "Atoms" and you can get it in the Apple app store, so far.
• It's easy to use + uses Clear's best practices for creating new habits
• The experience when you 'press the button' to log a repetition of your habit is very satisfying.
• There is a haptic buzz and you're rewarded with soothing bubble graphics.
• It sends timed reminders too.
• It includes short mindset articles by James Clear
