There are 3 topics I am actively thinking about a lot these days to live a purposeful and meaningful life:
Topic #1: SELF-CARE
I am interested in self-care because there can not be wealth without health. Being in the healthcare space, I see too many individuals go through a health crisis/condition that could have been avoided if they took the time to put themselves first and practice self-care.
I hope that over the next years, I'll maintain being physically, and mentally fit and empower others to practice self-care so they can live their best life.
Topic #2: MINDFULNESS
I first got interested in mindfulness a few years ago. I was overwhelmed, stressed out and not taking care of myself. I realized I had no purpose other than to work overtime to the detriment of my health and relationship with my family.
Since then, I have learned a lot about the importance of having a growth mindset, the power of meditation, and reading daily affirmations.
Topic #3: SELF-DEVELOPMENT
It's one strategy I find myself exploring simply because if I want to uplevel and be my best self, I have to continue learning and be in communities of like-minded individuals.
