One of the ways the mind plays games is to keep you stuck.
Mental reprogramming is important; you will not consistently outperform your dominant mental programming.
Sometimes that programming will have you in a fog of confusion and indecisiveness.
Don't let your mind keep you there. Install a new program. Like you restart a computer because it is stuck, you can do the same with the mind with a new program.
If you have writer's block, it's not always because you've run out of ideas; it's because you have a lot of ideas and need help figuring out where to start.
I would say something as simple as, "I know what to write now," and the ideas will start flowing again.
Yesterday my wife sent me some business ideas. I had confided in her that I felt overwhelmed and needed to figure out which direction I wanted to go in my business.
I messaged back after thanking her for sending the ideas, "I know my path". Four simple words, but repeatedly said, weaken the program of confusion.
A confused mind is that way because it's been programmed that way. It's not always by design; sometimes, it's a product of being around people who have no clue what they're doing.
Still, you have the right and responsibility to program your mind to do what you need and want it to do.
