law enforcement
The law-enforcement is a very important component. is what supports and keeps up the criminal justice system, everyone can face it and can control what's right and wrong.
Law enforcement is run by police officers, detectives, deputies, etc. they help our community protect us, investigate crime scenes to make sure everything is right, and catch the bad guys. Basically, the goal is to maintain everything in order and protect the people.
Court System
The court system they a really important role in the federation and helps criminals to prove and determine if they are guilty or innocent. the court is run by judges and attorneys and lawyers. there are whether, evidence, agreements, lies, and truth the end it determines whether guilty or innocent and gives justice to the person.
they make sure that the criminal gets a fair trial, that's why they try to gather as much as they can and have the right evidence. they try to be equal to everyone and respect their rights.
Corrections system
The final component of the corrections system is basically JAIL is run by correction police officers who monitor and look after REALLY bad criminals they enforce rules, supervise and sometimes rehabilitate people who are in really bad shape, they also take care of people who are being held pending the outcome of their cases. the police make sure that correctional facilities are safe and run right everything is in place and everyone is where they are supposed to be.
These are the 3 components that make the criminal justice system work all together.
