It takes a lot of work to keep my ADHD brain functioning.
I have a handful of tools I use over and over again. They have become part of my daily habit, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Things: Every single thing I have to do gets dumped here. I can add by voice or text and ensure that nothing gets lost. You can create Areas of focus and Projects to keep everything organized. I have tried every to do app out there and I keep coming back to Things.
Tody: This is an app intended for keeping track of household chores. I do use it for that, but also for car maintenance, my dog, and keeping in regular contact with friends.
Hobi: If you love TV but are always forgetting about a show or losing track of what episode you're on, this app is for you. It will let you know when shows are returning and when new episodes drop. Like an amped up Goodreads for shows.
Timer: The #1 used app on my Apple Watch and it's not even close. I have a terrible sense of time and this keeps me from clock watching and allows me to focus.
If you end up using these tools, let me know if they work for you!
