The 1 To-Do List App I Recommend Without Hesitation To Futureproof Your Productivity
Mike Vardy ✏️🏴‍☠️

Today, there is an app, website, or software platform for just about anything (including finding someone to walk your dog).

But when it comes to a simple, flexible, and durable to-do list app, there is 1 app I never hesitate to recommend:

Todoist

And here's why:

  • Reason #1: Todoist is clean and simple. The user interface doesn't overwhelm you and yet its simplicity and cleanliness doesn't mean there isn't a ton of productivity power under the hood.

  • Reason #2: Todoist is versatile. It is available on more platforms than I can count and while it does have structure you can really adapt it to your needs both for work and home life.

  • Reason #3: Todoist helps boost your focus. It offers easy-to-create filters that you can customize to your liking. Plus, you can "favorite" those filters to develop your own custom workflow in just a few clicks.

  • Reason #4: Todoist has built-in reminders. And its reminder functionality is strong, featuring time and location elements. With Todoist you don't need to have an pp for reminders and one for tasks. All you need is Todoist.

  • Reason #5: Todoist is inexpensive. This app lands in the sweet spot when it comes to pricing. It won't put a massive dent in your wallet for a yearly subscription and what you get in functionality with it is an absolute steal.

If you want to futureproof your productivity with a simple and powerful to-do list app that (like time) evolves with you, I can't recommend using this app enough.

In fact, I'm so bullish on Todoist that I made my first-ever course that shows you how to integrate my productivity framework in an app. You can learn get TimeCrafting in Todoist here.
