A place for coffee drinkers to talk about drinking less coffee and more other stuff. What do you want your mornings with?

The trend that will revolutionize the coffee industry and why I'm getting in before everyone, everywhere is talking about it

Americans get more of their antioxidants from coffee than any other dietary source, nothing else comes close.

For all the health benefits inherent in coffee, the caffeine content is slowly killing it's consumers. This is not because a cup of coffee is bad for you, but the consumption patterns developed by most of the world are now directly linked to anxiety, sleep deprivation and depressed mood caused by all the caffeine that comes along with the coffee.

This will all be changed by one simple shift in the industry - adaptogens and antioxidants instead of caffeine in the afternoon.

Skeptical? Medical doctors didn't think drinking during pregnancy was an issue until 1981. Before 1984 seatbelts were optional. 30 years later, health science shifted from "smoking or non" sections to nearly impossible to smoke inside anywhere.

Just like these massive stigmas were created around drinking, seatbelts, and smoking - consuming too much caffeine is going to be next.

As a writer and entrepreneur I want to be "the guy" to talk to about this trend. Wether you're a consumer that wants to be educated, or a business that needs to make sure they are on this trend, I've got 15 years of experience selling coffee across 4 continents and I specialize in talking to folks about coffee. I hope to build an audience, a subscription system to sell consumers the myriad of low-caffiene, high-benefit alternatives to coffee, and then set my sights on B2B sales or consulting.

There is already enough market momentum with the nascent mushroom coffee and mud water trends, and we haven't even scratched the surface of main stream yet.
