I have had my share of setbacks in my career and personal life.


Here are my top tips to bounce back when life knocks you down ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ



- Remember, the problem is not the problem.

Itโ€™s your reaction to the problem.



- Detox social media content.

Donโ€™t doom scroll.

Block/unfollow those who trigger you.

You come first.

- Connect with those who inspire you and keep you positive.

Purge your network.



- Move.

Even if itโ€™s just a short walk around the block.

It will clear your mind and do magic to your mental and physical status.



- Remember that if you fail, you are in the arena.

You are doing the work and taking some blows.

You are NOT watching from the sidelines.



- Get a dog ๐Ÿ•.

She will keep you fit and make you appreciate the small pleasures in life.



- Be kind to yourself.

Remember you need to put your oxygen mask first before you help others.
