Going through depression is an extremely difficult thing to go through, it exerts a pain like no other and it is not to be taken lightly. When you are depressed you feel pain, extreme sadness, anger, negative thoughts, and the list goes on.
This can be taken advantage of, by using your pain and turning it into motivation for anything. Depression can be a blessing in disguise, it has the ability to give you motivation, strength, and wisdom when you are able to overcome it.
Motivation is something we all need in life and if you are going through depression even more. To reach goals that are long-term or even goals you start and finish on the same day, both are driven by your motivation to reach that goal.
When you are depressed you have little to no motivation at all and it may seem impossible to find any type of motivation. In this case, you can bring your anger to the gym and get a good workout in or take your stress and let it all go on a run. From there stem many different ways to turn your depression into motivation.
