As a Solopreneur, you can't survive without them.
This one is by far the most overlooked:
Radically different pricing.
Here’s why: everyone prices the same way.
They price their time at a premium or they price their time on the cheap.
The problem is they need competitors to give their price context.
Premium is only premium if cheap options exist.
Cheap is only cheap if premium options exist.
Radically different pricing means you don't need competitors to add context or price your time at all.
You price the outcomes you generate.
And change the conversation entirely.
It's no longer about what competitors charge.
It's about what percentage of the outcome you can reasonably charge for.
