In fact, luck is more preparation and opportunity rather than chance. Opportunities for success happen every day and it's on you to capitalize if they come up. Instead of waiting around for luck to make you a beloved chosen one, here's how you can make more of it.

It's a lot easier than you think.

#1. Connect With More People Who Have Similar Goals As You:

I got my first job in social media by starting a podcast interviewing cool people in my city. By the 69th episode (seriously) I interviewed agency owners and they were so impressed they hired me. Had I not focused on increasing my network so much, that opportunity never would've come to me.

#2. Create More Than You Consume

Scrolling TikTok all day isn't likely to make you successful.

When you dedicate time to creating more content about things that are meaningful to you, it helps you hone your skill and get you noticed. Going back to my podcast example, just asking the people I interviewed on my podcast for advice would've fell flat. So I created a platform.

#3. Invest More Time Into Your Skills and Knowledge

The amount of success I have directly correlates with the amount of books I read.

Whether it's reading, buying courses, watching educational videos, expanding your knowledge and abilities is what's going to keep you ready when opportunities come up.

Don't worry about turning your life around in a week.

Rather, build good habits by slowly integrating them into your life and watch compound interest work in your favour.
