Therefore, personal antifragility means your ability to benefit from whatever happens (especially if good or bad).

Everything antifragile has fragile parts. A society has perishable humans, and bodies have perishable cells. Evolution depends on sacrificing parts of the system to become stronger overall.

Therefore, you improve by removing what is not working anymore (goals, expectations, narratives, overthinking, beliefs, standards) to adapt to the present moment.

At the same time, you need to protect yourself from ruin (not risk). Make sure that you always can survive the worst, and the rest will be all upside. Be independent, not dependent.
