Total Living is my answer to the eternal question: How is a life well lived, both right now and in the future?
This lifestyle is the grand sum of best daily practices that allow you to enjoy life to the fullest right now, every second. You are also in a better position to get what you want in life much faster while enjoying every step of the way.
Another way to illustrate it: Imagine yourself having achieved this desired salary, job role, location, partner, body weight, learning goal, gold medal, children, and/or financial freedom. Notice the big relief, relaxation, and smile, the absence of worrying self-talk, the heart-warming ease, the proud posture, and the deep satisfaction.
With Total Living, you can access this wonderful feeling whenever you want to, regardless of your external circumstances, thanks to three core characteristics.
1/ Total Presence. The mental state behind the flow state, deep focus, charisma, empathy, intense love and intimacy, creativity, happiness, and mindfulness. Your self-talk is gone, and you can fully internalize what you see, hear and feel, getting the awareness needed to progress forward.
2/ Personal Antifragility. The mindset you interpret the world and everything that happens to you, reframing it as positive, beneficial, and constructive. It allows you to become stronger and wiser, especially if bad things happen to you.
