Hi! My content is for you who want to have an antifragile, hyperproductive life, full of extreme happiness on command. Main blog: https://thetotalliving.com/

Total Presence: The Art Of Being Only Your Senses, With Maximum Awareness, Joy, And Peace (And How To Get Started)

You are in total presence if you are unconditionally observing what is in your immediate vicinity, without any interpretation or thought from you.

It is the core foundation of happiness, hyperfocus, flow, creativity, trance, mindfulness, situational awareness, peak performance, charisma, maximum listening, and magnetic leadership.

Not only will you be your best self but others will be drawn to you. You are like a magnet who attracts people.

Signs of Total Presence

When one or more of these below:

  • Your inner monologue is gone

  • Notice the beauty and aliveness of everything around you

  • Are incredibly attuned to your own body sensations, light, sounds, and gut instinct

  • Feel that you do not exist and are completely outside of yourself

  • Feel that the time has stopped and you can be there forever, guilt-free

  • Start coming up with a flood of insights and progress

  • Laugh without any reason, feeling tons of love towards the other

This is your paradise of now

Why you are NOT present

The following hold you back:

  • You are too attached to your minds

  • You believe you have to progress and figure out all the time

  • You believe now is a means to an end

  • You are not accepting your current reality

Be comfortable with not progressing to stop your minds and become present.

NOTE: It’s perfectly normal to slide off and get back into it.

How to get started with Total Presence

  • Implement The Barbell Productivity System in less than an hour. If you use a calendar, a list of can-dos, and a note-taking system, you are set.

  • Write down recurring thoughts, ideas, and negative feelings.

  • Breath in and anticipate the next thought whenever you are not present

  • Look, listen and feel intently, like you were a silent observer

  • (Advanced) Interpret your pain as a massage, like pleasure
