Some of you will know that I am two thirds of the way through an ICF accredited coaching training course with Barefoot coaching. Today and tomorrow make up week 9. I have really enjoyed it so far and am sad that we are only have three weeks left. There are fourteen of us on the course, mostly in the UK but some in Europe and one in Dubai.
We were talking today about how we can stay in touch. One idea is for us to meet in London and another is for us to continue to meet regularly online. I hope that we do that as we can offer a lot of value and support to each other as we start out fledgling coaching careers (and in some cases businesses).
I have also part way through my volunteer client sessions which I need to do to complete the course and get my accreditation. I have three volunteer clients and they are in the UK and New Zealand. I have found coaching via Zoom really effective so far. I will ask the one client I have who is in the same county as me if they would like to meet in person but I don't think I will make it to Wales or New Zealand in the next few weeks.
Once I have completed the 3.5 hours each with the volunteer clients I will be offering some 'pay what you like' coaching sessions to take me to the end of February. If this is of interest please let me know.
The course has been fascinating and I really recommend it if you would like to be a coach.
