It's the weekend! How are you feeling?
Did you reach it with a sense of accomplishment, a sense of relief, or somewhere in between?
Many productivity gurus promote the idea of a DAILY Big 3, and I incorporate that into my routine too.
But as a leader working in Operations, things come up unexpectedly that throw my plans out the window. As a supportive function, I'm ready to adapt to evolving business needs (and I love the variety!)
A WEEKLY Big 3 helps keep me grounded and focused.
On Mondays, I identify 1-3 things that must get done this week
to feel good about my progress
to move the needle on my goals
to eliminate something hanging over me
No matter how the week shakes out, I know I'll do my best to dynamically re-prioritize and be strategic about what does (and doesn't) get done.
But ending the week with checkmarks ✅ on my weekly Big 3 gives me a huge boost! 🚀
