There are three topics I am actively thinking about a lot these days:

Topic #1: Work-life Balance

I think about this topic mainly because it's an area of my life that I struggle with. As I have grown professionally, it's become more challenging to keep a good balance between work, family, friends, health, and other parts of life.

I hope that over the next year, I can build a more balanced life.

Topic #2: Leadership and Management for Entrepreneurs

For the past few years, I have been building my company, Event Temple, alongside my Co-Founder and bootstrapped it into a profitable company with steady growth.

In the early days, success was more dependent on my individual productivity, dedication, technical prowess, and work ethic. With more people joining our team, I feel the need to up my game as a leader and also as a manager to have the biggest impact.

Topic #3: Product Management for B2B Saas

I am obsessed with building great products that deliver real value to our customers. Gaining clarity, dealing with limited resources, execution, and measuring success are all areas I struggle with and constantly think about.
