Trusting your intuition can be tricky.
Doubt and fear can cloud judgment, leading to second-guessing decisions. But, it's the simplest way to handle life's big challenges.
I struggled with this for years. Once, a work-friend seemed perfect – outgoing, polished, captivating. Something felt off, but I ignored my gut. Later, it was clear she had ulterior motives. A big lesson learned.
From then on, I listened to my intuition, even when outward appearances seemed perfect.
Here's what I do now (and what I should have done instead):
I jot down my intuition to clear up any confusion or doubts about a person or situation.
I’m open to the idea that my intuition may guide me down an unconventional path.
I recognize red flags: Looking back, there are often signs that some people aren't who they say they are.
It all comes down to trusting yourself and your gut instinct.
