This month, I retire after 33 years of continuous corporate work. Why?

• I achieved a level I only dreamed of - CTO, VP of R&D.

• I had the honor of coaching, mentoring or advancing over 100 leaders.

• I got to lead an amazingly talented global organization of 260 people, that together, we launched game changing innovations.

And, in the back of my mind, for 30+ years, I wanted a "tiny business."

It is time to start it as a premium ghostwriter by:

• Slowing it WAY down - thoughtful, deliberate, wholehearted.

• Choosing my niche (& reserving the right to change my mind).

• And, if it ain't fun, don't do it.

I chose wisely and I've worked long & hard to get to this point. So I am doing my best to embrace feeling free to choose a new path. A beginner again.
