Keep publishing. Build your body of work. The more data points, the faster your data fly wheel spins.

Try new things

Captain Cole is fond of saying writing is not a marriage decision. Go with something, pivot if necessary, but keep on publishing.

The more you write, the more you write

Use the endless idea generator. Or find one topic you’re passionate about and write about it 1000 different ways. Write, publish, repeat

Find your language

As you write online, your style and unique way of putting words together will show itself to you and to the world.

Use awesome shortcuts

• Spend time on the title

• Prep the page

• Put your thoughts together more like Lego blocks than individual words

Keep showing up

If you do this, success is almost inevitable. Be on the right side of survivorship bias.

Add value

Engage with people you resonate with. Be generous and constructive with your comments. Help people who are not as far along on the journey as you are.

Before you know it, your niche has found you.
