I have been building online courses for 12 years.

Since then I've built over a dozen courses and helped others build their programs as well.

So I've learned a lot about what it takes to solve the biggest problems people face when building a course.

In fact, they are a lot easier to solve than most people think. You just need to change how you're thinking about them.

Here they are, and how to solve them:

1. Imposter syndrome: Teach only what you know from experience. Then you are not claiming anything untrue.

2. "Nobody wants my course": Teach for free online. If people gather, your idea has value. If not, try again.

3. "I don't have time": Don't make a big course, aim for a small one.

With these insights, you'll be better prepared to overcome these obstacles.
