I have been building courses online for 12 years.

In that time, I have learned that most people who want to build a course end up never doing it because they aim to make a giant course. They think big size= big value, and never realize that real value comes from application of knowledge.

Customers are much more likely to use what they learn from small courses.

To be honest, it took me quite a while to learn this lesson too.

Learning a framework, defining a clear result and discovering useful questions are a crucial part of creating a course that will blow the socks off your customers.
