I've spent the last month with a group of like-minded people who have all set the same goal - to post valuable content on LinkedIn every day.
It's been a challenge, for sure. But equally an amazingly rewarding experience. Not only did I sharpen my eye for writing and publishing, but I also began to understand what really interests my readers.
And the key takeaway from the whole challenge? I can express it perfectly through James Clear (from his book "Atomic Habits"):
"You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems."
The systems or structures behind our goals are the key to successful implementation. These systems - established processes, frameworks or templates - enable us to achieve our goals, as they did for me over the last 30 days.
