The above quote from Manish Kumar Tiwari refers to what is probably the best known of the keyboard function keys. It is also the one I use the most. Although the rest are not the most used, a brief review of the function keys could not be missing.

Function keys in your keyboard (1): F1-F6
The function keys occupy the top row of the keyboard.
In addition to those mentioned below, there are some additional extra functions for programs from the Microsoft Office suite or the Operating System itself.
F1: Open help screen or redirect to a dedicated help section or page in most programs
F2: Rename a selected icon, file or folder in MS Windows
F3: Open the find tool in GDocs or the search bar on browsers and Windows File Explorer
F4: Open the address bar in an open Window / Close the current page or program / Repeat the last action in most programs / Alt+F4: Open the shutdown menu on the desktop environment
F5: Refresh the page, desktop, folder content, or window
F6: Highlight the address bar and tab in the active page on Chrome and most other browsers
