Oliver Burkeman has written a phenomenal book on time management.
Opening the introduction of the book with the end of time management - that we never going to finish with everything we wanted to achieve with ever so efficiency points, productivity tips, etc because our time is very finite.
Time is finite so are the weeks in our lifetime. A person who lives up to 80 has more or less 4000 weeks in his bucket of time to fill them up with his important work.

embrace mediocrity in certain areas of life.
you don't really have time. [you own moments]
stop clearing the deck.
Learn patience - staying on the bus.
do the next and most necessary things.
enjoy finitude.
