Your Identity Fights Back Firecly
Whenever you make a 0-100 change expect an equally as hard opposition.
if you never leveled up your "change and improvement" skill you fight a hydra with a wooden stick. Instead, pick your battles meditate daily, do gratitude journaling and get some time away from the screen to look inward.
Why? Because you know where you want to go (heck I did I only didn't listen). It only took me getting massively upset to see that by failing hard
I would tell my past self "If you think you can go try fighting the boss at level 1 you might succeed but don't think it's gonna be easy - you best prepare better and be more compassionate to yourself"
