Day 35 of my journal and the end of week five.

It's Saturday, a rest day, and I am very happy.

I got to bed quite late last night, around one o'clock.

I was up talking to people and time just kind of caught up it all.

Eventually, I went to sleep and woke up probably around 9 o'clock.

I could feel a headache seeping in; it was kind of annoying, but it didn't get to the point where it overwhelmed my brain.

So, I just laid in bed for a bit, did my usual routine, got some water, had a coffee, ate something, and then smashed down some ginger and lemon to wake myself up a bit and get my system running.

I feel okay right now.

I've been in conversations with people, and this week has really been about collaboration and communicating with people, being able to step out of this state of isolation, and moving forward with what I'm working on.

Things are very slow, but being able to communicate with people is very much a necessary thing because I don't have it in my immediate life.

I am very much focused on what I'm doing and slowly moving through my goals and ideas that continue to come to me every day.

The more I put myself out there, share my story, and want to collaborate and connect with other people, the more I'll run into disagreements.

There was one person I was communicating with which was really good; it provided insight for both of us.

Those conversations are the best; those are the ones you want to engage in, learn from, and find clear steps on how to better evolve.

This week, I've been trying to create an accountability group.

I just have to go and run it, put everything I can into it, and not have any fear.

I’ve been attending to create an accountability group and finding people to join, but I've realised that I'm going to have to put myself in another step, in another way of being, and expose my vulnerability.

Many people want support in removing themselves from a vulnerable, unsure mindset and moving forward.

Tomorrow, I'm going to start sharing my journey for the next 30 days in a private setting with people, even though I'm still doing this 90-day thing.

This way, I still feel comfortable sharing but can keep it to a point where I'm able to show parts of my journey.

I've taken progress photos, especially focusing on my body, so people can see the difference and not just hear me say I'm doing this.

I've been taking progress photos, and while it is what it is, I'm on the brink of improving.

It's not an excuse but a way to look at the difference between what's in my mind and what my body actually looks like. Over the next 30 days, I'll work on better improving my habits, especially around food.

I don't track anything; I just eat accordingly.

If I start tracking my meals, looking at the foods I’m eating, and understanding my nutrient intake, I think it will help.

I don't eat junk food, which is why I've made it this far.

Tracking my meals, water intake, and cutting down on coffee is the goal.

The whole ginger and lemon thing might become a regular habit since it wakes me up without the extra caffeine stimulus.

I'm really trying to get people to jump on board.

If I can put myself out there, show what I'm doing, and be vulnerable, others might feel comfortable joining in.

It's not easy, especially for women, to share your body with all its imperfections.

I want to provide that space for people.

Collaboration and this accountability group are key.

I'll be starting the Shift Academy on Wednesday and am still figuring out the platform.

I'm communicating with other people, and I really like this because it allows me to share parts of myself that are usually hidden away or only shared in certain ways.

Now, the full force of it can come out—my spiritual insight, being aware, caring, and observing other people's paths are very important.

Collaborating on this level through the accountability group is very important.

I'll continue reaching out, growing my personal brand, and sharing my journey.
