I love tools that help me implement systems. Tools by themselves are not systems.
Since I need to manage various personal and professional projects, I have a handful of tools I use over and over again. They have become part of my daily habit, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.
When I have to restore or set up a new device there are the 4 apps that I download.
Here are my favorite tools to stay organized:
Tool #1: 1Password, is a password management application that keeps safe all my passwords, bank accounts, crypto keys, and anything in between for the past 10 years.
Tool #2: Basecamp, is a reliable project management tool, that I've been using to organize my personal and business life for the past 4 years.
Tool #3: Notion, is a tool that has limitless applications and I use it as my second brain. All my research goes in here.
Tool #4: Hey, is an email service by the same people that built Basecamp. It makes you love email again.
