The My Applets section of the app will display a list of all applets in your account.

When you are first presented with the page you are given a scrolling list in order of most recently added of all Applets that you have. The list will begin with all active applets but after that will be any applets that are not connected.

This means that those applets aren't running because they are not connected to the services they require in order to run.

There could be any number of reasons that Applets are no longer connected.

It could be some credentials for third party services are out of date or expired (so simply need reconnecting and/or reauthenticating). It's also possible that a third party service included in the Applet is no longer available due to being removed or there being problems with the API. It can sometimes happen if that third party service has closed down or they've changed and updated how their API, that IFTTT relies on, works.

There is a search box at the top that is called "Filter" and this allows you to search your Applets, whether by name, keyword or service used.

This is especially useful if you have many Applets or you've forgotten the name of one you're looking for but remember what it's made with.

You can also switch from "All", that displays all your Applets to "Created by me". The difference is that it the "Created by me" means you set up the Applet from a Create page, going through the process of setting up the triggers and actions. The default "All" option also includes all the Applets that you have used from the directory of community published Applets.
