Start by drawing 3 concentric circles around a central circle (that's YOU!).
Inner circle: closest relationships (spouse, kids, best friends)
Middle circle: extended family, close colleagues, friends
Outer circle: acquaintances, social media connections

Populate Your Circles
Write names in each circle, starting from the inner circle. Be honest!
Navigate Your Constellation
Ask yourself these 5 questions:
Who should I STOP spending time with?
Who should I spend LESS time with?
Who am I spending JUST the RIGHT amount of time with?
Who should I spend MORE time with?
Who should I START spending time with?
Adjust Your Constellation
Remember, relationships have a gravitational pull, but you can:
Set boundaries and eliminate toxic relationships
Distance yourself from energy-draining relationships
Invest more in relationships that support growth, yours and theirs
What adjustment will make the biggest positive impact for you?
