I am really interested in people who are amazing at completing things.
Throughout school I almost never finished any of my exam papers and found timed-work challenging. I was diagnosed with dyslexia whilst still at University and until that point I'd always assumed I was just slower than everyone else because I held a pen in a strange way, something that had never been corrected from when I first learned to write. I guess I wasn't mature enough to break a goal like 'finishing an exam paper' down into manageable steps whilst in the midst of it all at school but now that is exactly how I operate.
My main goal over the next 30 days is to simply complete the challenge of writing a new post everyday for 30 days. But it's the start (day 2), so it's easy to write this and feel good and excited about it because starting something is easy; completing something is the real challenge.
You aren't immediately successful
You realise the level of commitment required to be successful
External factors make the likelihood of success lower
Imposter syndrome creeps in
I will be sharing some of my solutions and proposed answers to the above realisations whilst building Surple over the coming weeks. This will be a fun topic that I am excited to cover alongside other practical content that helps businesses to become more energy efficient.
So please follow me and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any burning questions!
