A centenarian, that’s what you'll be called when you live over 100 years.
This year 2024, the United Nations, projected that there are around 772,00 centenarians on earth. And according to the National Library of Medicine, the global centenarian population is expected to grow, because it has doubled each decade.
Because of this tiny fraction and it’s growing population, centenarians always fascinate me. They’ve not only experienced various world evolutions but also survive with good health for almost a century. Personally for me, I'm looking forward to celebrating our family ‘living legend’ (aged 98 - 99 years now), to join the centenarian club soon.
Would you be fascinated, to know that, you too can live long and live well, by emulating how centenarians did it?
With a few tweaks in your lifestyle, such as the sunshine, sweet potatoes, and having fun with laughter, you may add more years along with good health to experience your longest and best life on earth.
